  • 1 can drained red kidney beans
  • 100 grams closed cup mushrooms
  • 100 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 50 grams yellow peppers
  • 75 grams red onions
  • 50 grams avocado
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
  • Sprinkle of hot paprika
  1. Combine all ingredients except the lime juice in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and chill for a few hours or overnight. Add the lemon juice and shake well and enjoy.
